- Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
International Transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than the country where you are located. Where required by law, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, for example by using standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Where possible, we will anonymise or aggregate data so that it can no longer be associated with you.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights over your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, update, restrict, or delete your information, or to object to certain processing.
You can manage many of your preferences directly within the relevant apps (for example, updating your profile, managing connections with coaches or organisations, or adjusting notifications). If you would like to exercise your rights or have questions about them, please contact us using the details below.
Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under the age that requires parental consent for online services in your country (for example, 13 or 16). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information in violation of this policy, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Services, or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the apps or by email.
